Way to Scale
Way to Scale, Cohort 2021, will open for applications in October 2020. Way to Scale is an intensive programme which runs annually from January to March, made up of three core elements:
January – a week-long intensive residential Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) at the world-leading technology and business university, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with around 100 other international CEOs and Entrepreneurs.
February – five tailored strategy workshops at Catalyst for CEOs and senior team members to work on your own business plans and implement EDP learnings.
March – a week-long, bespoke residential in Boston, focusing on go-to-market, sales strategies and tactics, together with focused customer prospect visits that will deliver a defendable, scalable business plan for each company.
CEOs on last year’s programme have already demonstrated extraordinary growth and are on course to quadruple revenues within 12 months of programme completion and add over 50% to direct employees.
Applications and interviews are now closed for Co-Founders 2020 with over 100 candidates starting the online programme w/c 30th March.
Candidates will use tools like Slack and Zoom to connect and will learn how to validate their ideas through a series of design-thinking workshops delivered via Teachable. The candidates will then meet in person later in the year to finalise team formation and build prototypes.

Just like the journey of an entrepreneur, the road is rarely straight. After a few twists and turns adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are very pleased that our annual Invent competition is back on track and still going ahead this year! Applications were due to close this Friday (27th March) but we have extended this to Friday 24th April giving extra time to prepare your innovation pitches.
If you have an idea or fantastic business opportunity with great commercial potential, now is the time to apply for Invent.
Unfortunately due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we have had to put a pause on our planned GI activities over the next few months, but don’t worry we will be back before you know it with lots of exciting opportunities. Check back on the website and follow us on social media to keep up to date.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be moving our campus community to our dedicated Slack channels, where you’ll be able to connect and engage with other entrepreneurs, businesses and innovators. Zoom hangouts, office hours and even virtual yoga classes will be available for you to share ideas, collaborate and socialise. We may be all working remotely but we still want to keep connected.
If you are a member of our community, you’ll be receiving emails and newsletters from our team with information on how to join online.
